First formed in the early 1880s by Chinese Immigrants who pitched their tents on a street, Boston's Chinatown has grown and modernized, not only into a food mecca, but into a truly remarkable example of Architecture. It also is home to Boston's comparatively meager Red Light District.

The oldest residential community in boston, the North End was established in the 1630s, The North End is now known for it's thriving Italian American population and many tourist attractions.
